Fred suggested that it is unlikely that AMP is the cause
of variability due to high copy number of plasmids. Agreed that what is causing high or low multimeric
plasmid concentration is likely to be growth condition
or LB related. Suggested autoclaving conditions.
Will likely just require brute force to finish these
preps, however will try and making growth and LB
conditions as consistent as possible.
