EHS0: #

This will be the first sample submitted for library prep and the UC Davis genome center and PacBio sequencing. Since the number of reads we can get from one SMRT cell with the SequelII is so high (around 4e6) a number of experiments can be included in one sample by taking advantage of the barcoded PCR primers I designed previously.
